Bloody rasperry cocktail #SundaySupper Valentine’s Day

Valentine's day is not a big deal for us, since my birthday is February 15th. and our anniversary is the 25th. Still, we try to do some "couple stuff", like a movie in the sofa with a blanket. However, this is our first Valentine's as husband and wife, so maybe we'll do something special.

This cocktail is one of my favourite combinations: organges, raspberries and gin. It also works great with vodka or champagne (although I don't like champagne). Sweet and colourful, just like love is.

Bloody raspberry cocktail.
We need:

3 mature blood oranges.

1 cup of frozen raspberries.

The same volume in vodka/gin/champagne.

Sugar, if needed.

Ice.

Step by step.

1. Squeeze de oranges.

2. Blend the frozen fruits with the orange juice, the ice and the sugar.

3. Strain the juice to remove the seeds. Mix with the liquor and enjoy!!

  3. I love that it has a lot of raspberries, and the color is gorgeous! With champagne I can drink it all night, with gin I´ll get drunk before I finish the first glass...
